Head to the sign-up page and create an account with your email or Google. It takes about ten seconds and you don't need to confirm anything weird.

Once you're in, your workspace is yours — every note, PDF, link, and chat is scoped to your account and synced to the cloud.

Visit the sign-in page and use the same email or Google account you signed up with. Sessions persist across reloads.

If you ever get locked out, contact us — we'll sort it out.

The dashboard is your home base. The left sidebar gives you quick access to Notes, PDFs, Websites, YouTube, AI Chat, and Settings.

The home screen surfaces live counts of what you've saved and a recent activity feed so you always know what you've been working on.

Click 'New note' on the Notes page (or use Quick Capture from the dashboard) to drop a thought instantly. Notes save as you type.

Each note has a title and body — keep it short and atomic, or long and detailed. Entora doesn't care.

Pin the notes that matter so they always stay at the top. Pinned notes show up in their own section above the rest.

Edits and deletes happen inline — no modal acrobatics, no confirmations getting in your way.

Use the search bar at the top of the Notes page to filter by title or body in real time.

Looking for something across everything? Ask the AI chat — it knows your notes.

Drag and drop a PDF onto the PDFs page, or click 'Upload' to pick one from your device. Files are stored securely in your private cloud bucket.

Each PDF appears as a card with title, size, and upload date. Click to open the in-app viewer with zoom, rotate, and page navigation.

Use the delete button on any PDF card to remove it. The file is wiped from both the database and the storage bucket.

There's no trash bin — deletes are permanent, so be sure.

Drop a URL into the Websites page along with an optional title and description. Entora normalizes the URL and pulls the domain for clean display.

Use it as a personal bookmarks vault — articles, tools, references, anything worth coming back to.

AI summaries are on the roadmap. Soon, the AI chat will pull context from your saved links and summarize what you've stashed away.

For now, you can already ask the AI about sites you've saved by title and description.

Paste any YouTube URL and Entora auto-fetches the thumbnail and title via oEmbed. No extra typing required.

Click any video card to watch it in an embedded player without leaving the app.

Open the AI chat and ask about your saved videos. The assistant knows the titles you've stashed and can help you recall, group, or revisit them.

Transcript-aware Q&A is coming — for now, expect smart context based on titles and metadata.

Open AI Chat from the sidebar to start a thread. Ask anything — your assistant is built on top of your saved knowledge.

Each conversation is saved so you can pick up where you left off, jump between threads, or start fresh.

The assistant has access to your notes, PDFs, websites, and videos. Ask 'what did I save about X?' and it will pull from your workspace.

Heads up: it has a personality. If you compare it to other AIs or get rude, expect a clapback.

Update your display name and pick an avatar from the suggested gallery, or upload your own. Changes save instantly.

Your profile is what the AI sees when it greets you, so make it count.

Manage your sign-in method and session. Sign out from any device, anytime.

Theme and accent color preferences live under Appearance — pick a vibe that matches yours.

Your data is yours. Notes, PDFs, links, and chats are scoped to your account with row-level security on the backend.
