Overview

Entora is a personal knowledge hub maintained by Aseer Labs. This page explains what we collect, why, and how it stays yours. We keep it short and human — no dark patterns.

What we collect

• Account info — name, email, and avatar from your sign-in provider (e.g. Google).
• Your content — notes, PDFs, saved websites, YouTube links, and chat threads you create inside Entora.
• Basic usage — minimal logs needed to keep the app running and debug errors.

How we use it

Solely to provide the product: store your knowledge, render your dashboard, and answer questions in the AI chat grounded on the content you saved. We do not sell your data. We do not show ads.

Where it lives

Your data is stored in our managed cloud backend with row-level security so only you can read your rows. PDFs and avatars live in a private storage bucket accessed via short-lived signed URLs.

AI processing

When you use the AI chat, the prompt and the relevant snippets from your saved content are sent to our AI provider to generate a response. We do not use your content to train models.

Your controls

• Edit your profile and avatar from Settings.
• Delete any note, PDF, website, video, or chat thread at any time.
• Want your whole account deleted? Email us — see Contact.
